FJM Innovative Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to engineer secure, scalable solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud for an Intelligence Community customer. Emphasis on Apex/LWC development, integrations, and data governance.
Location: Northern Virginia (On-site Full-Time)
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
Required Skills

Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph.

4–8 years Salesforce platform development in production environments.

Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and API integration experience.

Experience with Sales/Service Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred), schema design, and security/sharing.

Proven CI/CD and automated testing practices; Git proficiency.

Preferred

Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and PDII, Administrator, or App Builder (nice to have).

Experience in GovCloud/FedRAMP High; CPQ, OmniStudio, or Tableau CRM a plus.

Knowledge of data quality, MDM, and metadata deployment strategies.
The role specifically requires candidates with an active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. We must adhere strictly to this requirement.
